Abbott Appraisal Associates,
Inc. specializes in commercial real estate appraisals,
real estate consulting and feasibility studies. This
includes retail, office, general commercial, special
purpose properties, industrial, land, subdivisions and
multi-family residential.
Appraisals are prepared for
lending institutions, litigation matters, insurable
values, property disputes, adverse condemnation and
estate tax filings.
Walter L. Abbott was born in
Pensacola, Florida in 1955 and educated in the Panama
City, Florida school system. He graduated from the
University of Alabama and has been actively engaged
in real estate appraisals since January 1978.

Walt is involved in the Panama City community and active in the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is the Past President of the Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has served as Education Chairman for the Northwest Florida Chapter as well as on the National Review Panel for the Appraisal Institute. He has served Northwest Florida since 1985.
In addition to the real estate property appraisals, Walt also prepares economic and feasibility studies and market analysis.
